Astana Hub Battle is an annual competition between technology startup projects with a prize fund of $100,000. The competition brings together 80 startups, each delivering a one-minute presentation of their project.

On October 4–5, 2025, the capital of Kazakhstan will become part of the global educational movement — the NASA International Space Apps Challenge, which will take place simultaneously at more than 550 locations around the world. The hackathon is being organized in Astana for the third time and this year will be held as a side event of the international Digital Bridge 2025 forum. This event will bring together schoolchildren, students, researchers, and technology enthusiasts who will work on solving real-world challenges using open data from NASA and partner space agencies. What awaits participants? Two days of teamwork on projects in the STEM/STEAM fields; The opportunity to put digital and research skills into practice; Genuine experience of interdisciplinary collaboration; The chance to become part of an international community and contribute to the advancement of science and technology.
